CCTV Surveys
Dyno-Rod understand that when you are looking for a CCTV drain survey you need your report quickly. We have been using cloud based CCTV reporting systems for several years which build your report and sends it directly to the cloud while our team are still on site. Your report and survey footage remains available to you online for more than five years in case you need it again. You can stream your survey footage directly from the cloud which makes it very easy and quick to share with others such as consulting engineers or builders. If we do several surveys for you, they will all be filed together for you in your profile so you don’t get buried under piles of reports on a desk or have to worry about losing DVDs or memory sticks.
Computerised Drain Testing
To meet the requirements of our industrial customers, Dyno-Rod have invested in computerised pipe and manhole testing equipment which provides transparent test certificates on completion.
No-Dig Drain Repairs
We provide full pipe repair services, including pathcing, pipe relining and robotic cutting. Instead of excavating a pipe which can be costly as well as extremely disruptive, relining allows a new section of pipe to be formed within the existing damaged structure. Once in place, the resin impregnated liner is cured using heat or UV light to harden it, creating a new pipe within the old. Once completed, a final inspection is performed to ensure a solid job. In fact, relined pipes are guaranteed for up to 20 years.
Robotic cutting equipment can be used to cut out defects or obstructions in pipework without the need to dig. This can range from intruding pipe connections, roots, earth rods, fence posts or even concrete.
Leading Fats, Oils and Grease (FOG) Technology
We’re always on the lookout for new innovations in technology that allow more options and better efficiencies. For example, we can supply a wide range of grease trap options to suit your business and property. GRUs (grease recovery units) are roughly the size of a microwave and are modular, which allows you to fit multiple units under sinks in a commercial kitchen. We can supply traditional small undersink passive grease traps where acceptable to Irish Water or large passive traps (above or below ground) where space allows. Systems such as Kessel’s Grease Separators are also a great boon in many situations where a grease trap has to be located in an area that is difficult to access for emptying such as basements. Kessel’s systems have remote pump out options which make servicing much easier with greatly reduced odour issues. Kessel also have a wide range of lifting stations and hybrid lifting stations.
