A light/ alarm has began flashing / sounding on my Waste Water Treatment Plant. Is this a problem?
Normally an alarm/ beacon flashing or tripped switch on your fuse board is an indication of a problem with your WWTP. These can vary from a simple conversation over the phone to a callout where the problem is identified and rectified by one of our Technical support staff. Why not call us to discuss any queries you have.
-
How often should I get my treatment plant serviced and desludged?
Servicing and desludging are two separate disciplines but in a situation where you initially encounter a problem, both can be carried out simultaneously. A WWTP problem normally results in flooding of your system, therefore a service callout may result in unnecessary charges and a return call if components cannot be reached due to flooding. It is always better to talk to one of our service Technicians who can advise on service frequencies and desludging requirements.
