Getting a Drain Survey When Buying or Selling a House
If you’re buying a house, this is an important check to perform. You could be buying from a very honest owner, but that doesn’t mean they know what’s happening under their floors. Very often, the original plans (if there is one) doesn’t accurately locate where the plumbing is passing. This can be a liability if there’s any renovation work to be performed. How Does it Work?

What happens next?
If your drains are all clear, you’ll get a full report meeting WRc standards, which can be shared with any relevant parties.
